Kirstin Knufmann and Jörg Ullmann raised the idea to only use micro algae for the family dinner table that evening and I gladly accepted the challenge. We made it green and blue. Go micro algae.

We met the raw food expert Kirstin Knufmann from PureRaw and were blown away by her products, her 2 cooking books and congratulated her to her newest title: “Einheitsbotschaftlerin” which is the German name for the honorary title as ambassador for the union of east and west Germany.
The official inauguration of the seaweed adventure took place in Klötze with Jörg Ullmann from Algomed and Kiristin Knufmann from PureRaw. We discovered the green chlorella tubes in the photobioreactor and worked some magic with the blue prints to commemorate the death of Anne Atkins. She was the pioneer to this first photography technique and displayed the beauty of algae.
